1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ck4com website and all services, products, and features made available through it (collectively, the "Platform"). Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name, email address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. ck4com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. ck4com may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ck4com immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ck4com accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ck4com accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. ck4com will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to use payment accounts registered to another person will result in suspension pending investigation.
